Join Jennie for an evening of slowing down and chilling out. A combination of Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) and sound healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced. When the two techniques are worked with together, your mind and body will experience a state of deep rest, allowing you to drop into the 'delta state' - the deepest and most healing state of rest.
This session will be perfect for slowing down if your life has picked up with the pace of summer. Yoga Nidra will last around 30-45 minutes with around 15-20 minutes of sound at the end, before you're gently woken with the sound of chimes.
