Sound baths gives us an opportunity to drop into our senses and just be how often do we get to do that? Sabira is a professional musician with 20 years experience, performing all over the world. She has been practicing Sound Therapy for the last 3 years.

Her Sound Baths are gentle and transformational with an ethereal like quality to them. There will be space for reflection before and after the Sound so do bring a journal or something you may want to write or draw in if so.
