As the last days of November melt away, come and join me for a deeply nourishing winter practice of Yin and Somatic Yoga Nidra.
The energy of winter is deep and potent and ruled by the element of water, the most nourishing and essential substance for life.
The cold and darker days invite us into space for essential rest and reflection, providing an opportunity to replenish your resources that have been used throughout the year. This beautifully introspective practice will include time to work with the element of water through restorative yin, flowing through gentle held shapes and movement and with time to reflect, journal and truly slow down.
We will finish with Somatic Yoga Nidra allowing you to gift yourself deep relaxation.
