In this workshop, Danielle will give a short introduction to the workings and benefits of Breathwork, followed by a demonstration of the technique and she will then guide everyone throughout.

Conscious Connected Breathwork allows us to shift our awareness from our minds to our bodies, enabling us to explore our inner selves. This technique helps us access altered states of consciousness, where our rational mind takes a backseat, and our subconscious mind becomes more prominent. During these altered states, we can connect with feelings, insights, memories, and experiences that are typically beyond our reach in normal waking consciousness.

When we suppress emotions, they accumulate as emotional energy stored in our bodies. This unexpressed energy can lead to mental, emotional, and physical pain. Conscious Connected Breathwork can release this stored emotional energy and survival stress, leading to a more balanced and harmonious state.

Many people experience trauma in their lives, which can perpetuate a state of over or under-activation (fight, flight, or freeze). This can result in disconnection from our bodies and highly reactive responses to triggers.

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, we can release emotional blockages, process trauma, overcome negative thinking patterns and behaviors, and delve into our unresolved issues.
