Rise Academy is the teacher training school at FOLD Yoga Studio in Macclesfield, Cheshire - offering Yoga Alliance accredited yoga teacher training and IGCT accredited holistic therapy training to students across the North West and beyond. Our programmes are designed for those who want to deepen their practice, develop a thorough understanding of yoga philosophy and embodied movement, and - for those who choose to - go on to teach.

We take each student on a deep exploration of their own yogic journey through the teachings of Tantra, Somatics and Embodied ways of being.

What we offer:

  • Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Teacher Training

  • IGCT accredited Holistic Therapy Training, including diplomas in Massage and Reflexology
