Join Jennie for a seasonal Spring practice of Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing. Come and enjoy an evening of deep relaxation and restoration for body and mind. The combination of Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) and Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls and soothing chimes will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced.
When the two techniques are worked with together, you'll experience a state of healing and deep rest. After being guided through a full body awareness and relaxation practice with Nidra, sink into a meditative state with Sound Healing, before being gently woken with the sound of chimes.
A perfect opportunity to slow down, get cosy with blankets and conserve your energies as the days get longer and life gets busier.
