Join Jennie for an evening of deep relaxation and restoration for body and mind. A combination of Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) and Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls and soothing chimes will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced.
When the two techniques are worked with together, you'll experience a state of healing, deep rest. After being guided through a full body relaxation with Nidra, you'll experience around 40 minutes of sound healing before being gently woken with the sound of chimes.
This session will be perfect for slowing down and conserving energy if your life has picked up the pace with the yang energies of Spring and with Summer on the horizon.
