Yoga exists not only in the poses, but in the space between. And often these spaces contain the most magic.
In this workshop we will break down the fundamentals for balancing (arms and legs), before looking at creative ways to get from one place to the next.
Expect drills not only for strength, but for really understanding your own body and how it works in the shapes.
We will fall down (a lot), and study the why so we become less fearful - it is a fundamental part of the journey.
By the end of the workshop you will have a greater understanding of how to move between the crows, eka pada variations, forearm and headstand.
Even if you don’t lift off that day, you will have something to work on and a path to take you there - now that is the yoga!
