This class is a gentle, continuous journey from tension to deep rest—designed to support nervous system regulation and recovery from stress or burnout.
We begin with grounding breathwork to settle the mind and body, then flow into a slow yin-inspired practice where you’re invited to stay close to your breath and move intuitively, exploring stillness and subtle movement, allowing your body to release at its own pace. The class naturally transitions into yoga nidra, a guided rest practice that supports deep nervous system repair.
Open to all levels—especially those feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or in need of calm. Come as you are, and leave feeling more like yourself.
